RUNNING LATE
We understand sometimes you can’t help running late to your appointment due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. We do ask that you call the salon to let us know if you are running late. Depending on how late you will be, we may need to reschedule your appointment or move it to a later time so that it doesn’t affect our other guests.
CANCELLATIONS
M & Co Hair Salon is a very busy salon with a long wait list; therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling your appointment. We send out confirmation text messages to our guests 48 hours prior to appointments, asking to reply Y (yes) or N (no) or to call the salon on (07) 40911 022 if you need to change your appointment time.
NEW CLIENTS
We require a $50 deposit to secure your first appointment, which will be deducted from the cost of your service.
NO SHOWS
If you do not attend one or more appointments without notice, we will require a $50 deposit to hold any future bookings. This amount is non-refundable if you do not show again. No show clients and late cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee covering the whole cost of the appointment.
BOOKED SERVICES
Booked services cannot be cancelled on the day of the appointment.
